1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Vaulto Finance service (the finance.vaultonote.com website, the Telegram chatbot and related features, the "Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sign-in uses a shared Vaulto account, which is also subject to the general Vaulto terms. If they conflict with these Terms, these Terms prevail for Vaulto Finance.

2. What the Service does

The Service is an informational tool for personal finance tracking: it collects information about your accounts, deposits, investments, property, debts, income and recurring payments that you have added yourself or connected, and shows calculations: net worth, returns, inflation, cash flow, your path to financial independence and general suggestions.

The Service is not a bank, broker, investment adviser or financial advisor; it does not open accounts, hold your money or carry out transactions with it.

3. Not financial advice

Everything the Service shows, including the AI assistant's answers, reports and suggestions, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized investment advice, financial, tax or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell any assets.

You make all decisions about your money on your own and at your own risk. Before making important decisions, we recommend verifying the data and, where appropriate, consulting a professional.

4. Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted operation and fitness for your purposes.

Calculations are based on data you have entered and on third-party data (from banks, exchanges, brokers, blockchain services, and exchange rate and inflation sources). This data may be incomplete, delayed or contain errors, and estimates (such as actual inflation or property values) are approximate by nature.

The AI assistant's answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or wrong. Verify important figures yourself.

5. Connections and access keys

Connect sources with read-only permissions only. Do not give the Service keys, tokens or passwords that allow withdrawing funds, trading or otherwise managing money; do not share wallet private keys or seed phrases. If you do share such keys, you do so at your own risk.

You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you specify and share data about them, and for revoking keys in the source services when they are no longer needed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner of the Service is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or other consequences arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, decisions made based on the calculations and suggestions shown, errors and outages of third-party services, or the actions of third parties.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event. While the Service is free, that amount is zero.

7. Your obligations

The Service may be used by persons over 18 years of age. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the Service or circumvent its limitations, or use it for fraud or money laundering.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

8. Early access and changes

The Service is in early access and is currently free. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be discontinued. We will notify you in advance before introducing fees, and paid features will not be enabled without your consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

9. Deleting your data

You can delete all your data in the Service at any time: "Settings" → "More" → "Delete all data". Your Vaulto account is kept, since it is also used by other Vaulto products.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. We will notify you of material changes and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in; by continuing to use the Service after that, you accept it.
